Think about the space you need now and what you will need in the future. Extra space now costs much less than what it will cost later. You can place doors and windows on gable end or on sides of sheds.

Choosing our optimal loft and workbench is the key to maximizing space.

We can do anything from an 8'x8' to 14'x50' in the portable sheds. We also offer Premier Collection that includes sizes up to a 14'x50'. 

2-Story Rochester sizes range from 12'x16' to a 14'x48'. Log Cabin Collection sizes range from 12'x16' to 14'x44'. Log Cottage Doublewide sizing ranges from 20'x30' to 26'x44'.

You do not need to build a foundation for regular buildings. A firm, flat, level area with 4" of 3/4" crushed stone or a concrete slab works just fine. Your prefabricated barn will be delivered by a truck and trailer with optional use of a mule for setting the building in place. Make sure that the spot you choose is two feet wider than the size of your building. Blocks are customer responsibility. 

Customer Responsibilities

*Building and Zoning permits.

*Provide access to site. We need a path 2' wider than the building and 14' high. We go in the yard at your request and are not responsible for damage or ruts in yard.

*Free Delivery and setup within 50 miles of lot. Mule delivery no extra charge for the 1st 30 minutes.

*Free setup includes leveling with customer supplied concrete blocks and driver supplied shims.

*No site prep necessary. (if site is accessible and no more than 3' out of level).

Crystal's Buildings or its associates are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions, setbacks, yard damage, or underground damage. Please contact your local building inspector for information. If is the customers responsibility to determine if ground conditions are suitable for delivery. Free delivery includes 1 trip up to 50 miles 1 way, over 50 miles its $4.50 per loaded mile for 12' wide and under $5.50 per loaded mile for 14' wide plus permits. Any additional trips may incur charges. 

*In the event the condition of the site requires delivery person(s) to spend extra time leveling, additional charges may accrue.

Provide us with specifications. Windows, doors, lofts, and cupolas can be placed wherever you please. You may also opt for windowless sheds. 

Amish Sheds are built using LP Smart Side, Metal or Log products. You can choose between metal and shingle roofing in a variety of colors.
